Improved results through Diversity and TeamworkIn ASA we believe that training must be enjoyable as well as effective and, with these aims in mind, we adopt a flexible approach enabling all of the topics listed to be delivered either as short individual workshops or combined to form longer programmes targeting specific organisational needs.

Workshops are highly interactive using a wide range of media and participants are encouraged to share their knowledge and experience. Practical exercises and case studies are features of the training since it is our belief that these re-enforce the learning process.

Training with ASA not only imparts the knowledge and skills in the topics being covered, but also helps to develop Time Management, Team Working, Problem Solving and Presentation abilities.


Improved results through Diversity and Teamwork
We also place a high emphasis on measuring the Return On Investment in training and, as well as obtaining feedback at the end of each programme, we will work with your organisation to conduct a post training evaluation three months after the event. This will include writing to trainees and their line managers asking for specific examples of improvements in performance or methods that can be attributed directly to the training programme.
