In ASA we believe that training must be enjoyable as well as effective and, with these aims in mind, we adopt a flexible approach enabling all of the topics listed to be delivered either as short individual workshops or combined to form longer programmes targeting specific organisational needs.
ASA Training Workshops.
Workshops are highly interactive using a wide range of media and participants are encouraged to share their knowledge and experience. Practical exercises and case studies are features of the training since it is our belief that these re-enforce the learning process.
We also place a high emphasis on measuring the Return On Investment in training and, as well as obtaining feedback at the end of each programme, we will work with your organisation to conduct a post training evaluation three months after the event. This will include writing to trainees and their line managers asking for specific examples of improvements in performance or methods that can be attributed directly to the training programme.

The programmes are highly interactive and uses a variety of media and techniques including role plays and videos.
Communication Skills
Essential for all staff who are required to give presentations as part of their principal job responsibilities e.g. Line Managers; Trainers.
Customer Care
This two day workshop is essential for all staff who have dealings with customers on a regular basis. Techniques used will include tutor input, group discussions as well as individual, syndicate and group exercises. (The main group will be split into smaller groups for syndicate exercises).
